Now Airtel PrePaid consumers can save previous time and conveniently manage their account online by using my-account option on Postpaid, Prepaid, broadband, DTH and fixed line consumers can avail the services and manage their account any time and from any place.

Until now this option was not available for Airtel’s PrePaid consumers who had to rely on the 121 services (Airtel customer care) for any issues or for activation and deactivating VAS services. PrePaid consumers can now activate their 3G plan or subscribe to other services (like hello tunes etc) without the need to call the customer care number; all these can be managed from their account via the website.

With Airtel My Account Prepaid consumers will be able to see their balances and validity online. They can easily start and stop any value added services (VAS). The best part is that now users can comfortably read and understand offers and can subscribe to it when they want.  Prepaid users can activate / deactivate 3G, get last 5 recharge details and VAS debit.

Prepaid users will need to enter their 10 digit mobile number after which they will receive a onetime password via SMS, use that to login to access the system. This process has to repeated every time when you want to access “my account”. Once you login in you can access and manage the your account information, manage services, recharge, view special offers, check usage details and send / track service request.
