Sony Xperia M that seems like a budget phone will soon hit the Indian stores. This handset sports a 4 inch screen and is powered by a dual core QUALCOMM processor. The Xperia M will be available in different colors and as single SIM or dual SIM options.

The 4 inch screen supports 854×480 pixel resolution. The dual core CPU is Qualcomm Snapdragon S4+ chipset with Adreno 305 GPU.  This handset runs on Android 4.1 OS with 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage.

There is a rear camera of 5MP coupled with Exmor RS sensor and HDR option. The front camera is of VGA resolution good enough for video chats.  This is a 3G handset with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, FM radio, GPS and even NFC. Adding the NFC will definitely have an impact on the cost.  There are few more features that make the handset unique like the xLoud, ClearAudio, 3G sound and Sony UI.

The battery mAh is not mentioned but as per the company it will give a talk-time of over 7 hours.
