RealMe 2 will go on sale on Flipkart on 4th, at 12PM. This will be the first sale and the RealMe 2 will come in 3GB and 4GB variant. Price starts from Rs. 8,990. I will be buying the RealMe 2 for review, but should you buy the handset on the first sale?

Well I would suggest hold on. I am anyway going to buy the RealMe 2 for review, but if you are planning to buy the handset then better wait for few more days. The reason being Xiaomi will be launching their Redmi 6 series in India on 5th and makes sense to wait for it and see what they come up with and what they price it at.

RealMe 2 is Snapdragon 450 powered, featuring a 6.2 inch screen with 19:9 aspect ratio, HD+ resolution and on the rear there is 13MP + 2MP dual rear camera and 8MP front camera. Another good thing about the RealMe 2 is the 4230 mAh battery.

Realme 2 sale

So in case you were planning to buy the RealMe 2 handset better wait for the official launch of Redmi 6 series, see which one is better, powerful and priced right.

Watch out for the sale on Flipkart – http://fkrt.it/ZPl0InuuuN

  1. Flipkart is cheater, I was waiting early morning on 4 September 18 when i order real me 2 red, it comes to pay options. I wanted buy it in COD. But this option was not available, so Flipkart cancelled my order automatically. It is cheating, why Flipkart didn’t give me COD option, even i am regular customer.

  3. I placed order for Realme 2 today at sharp 12pm successfully and to my surprise, flipcart cancelled my order at 3pm and refunded my amount. On contacting flipcart, customer care executive said that the seller didnt have red color version and hence they cancelled the order… Very dissatisfied…

    1. Sanjay is the seller on Flipkart -Seller: Flashtech Retail?
My red realme 2 has been dispatched, will get it by 6th.

  7. Realme is giving good competition to Xiaomi.
Real me1 & 2 pricing are really good and on amazon often 10% cash back available (with me1).

What else customer with sub10k budget wants?

  8. Gogi sir,
I’m interested in to buy a smartphone range around 10k. There is no need of the advanced one. A durable one is the must. Will you please suggest?

    1. Rajender Guneja, better wait for the redmi launch on 5th, that way you will get to choose among this RealMe 2 or the Redmi new handset.

  9. Color Os interface, enough reason for me to skip anything Oppo, Vivo, Realme anyother name they want to call themselves. Its hard to believe these are the same guys who made oxygen OS interface.
Those who think interface doesn’t matter, interface is the main thing that bore you out and compel to buy new handset every other year.

  11. Gogi Sir,
I am not interested in purchasing Realme 1 or Realme 2, just because they are innovative. They are launching the cheap version of OPPO. But I am interested in Redmi 6 Pro or Moto P30 Note.
Could you be reviewing Redmi 6 Pro or Moto P30 Note? I would take one if they are launched in India.

    1. @Anuj, have u used Realme1 or Realme2? Just use the Realme1 and then say anything on Performance, battery, Camara and UI. I am using Realme 1 and I must say this is the best handset below 10k (3gb version @8990/-). I also have Asus Zenfone Max pro M1, 6gb version.
