Micromax today launched a Lapbook L1161 and a Laptab LT777, both these devices are running Windows 10 out of the box. As the name suggests the Lapbook is a laptop and the Laptab is a tablet that comes with detachable keyboard.

Micromax Canvas Lapbook L1161 is powered by Intel Atom Z3735F quad core processor clocked at 1.3GHz that can achieve burst speed of up to 1.8GHz. This Lapbook sports a 11.6 inch IPS screen supporting 1366 x 768 pixels resolution.

There is 2GB RAM, 32GB internal storage and micro SD card slot to add up to 64GB external cards. The L1161 comes with keyboard and track-pad. Weigh is 1.3Kg and key features are WiFi, HDMI port, USB 2.0 port, Bluetooth 2.0, dual speakers, audio jack and front facing VGA camera.

The Micromax Canvas Lapbook L1161 comes with 5000 mAh battery that as per the company gives up to 11 hours of battery backup on a single charge. This Lapbook is priced at ₹13,999.

Micromax Canvas Laptab LT777 is also using the same hardware i.e. Intel Atom Z3735F but comes with a 11.6 inch screen supporting 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. Memory and storage are the same as seen on Lapbook L1161.

The Laptab comes with detachable keyboard and a track pad. Weigh is 1.5Kg and key features are WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, HDMI port, USB 2.0 port, 2MP front camera, 2MP rear camera and 3G (there is built in SIM slot).

Micromax Canvas Laptab LT777 gets power from a 9000 mAh battery with up to 10 hours of usage on a single charge. This Laptab is priced at ₹17,999.
