Micromax has listed the Canvas Fire 3 model no. A096 a quad core powered handset with dual speakers on the front for Rs. 6,499. This handset is using the MediaTek 1.3GHz quad core processor and running Android KitKat 4.4.2 out of the box.

The Micromax A096 sports a 4.5 inch screen with gorilla glass 3 protection and supporting 960 x 540 pixels resolution. It houses the MediaTek MT6582M quad core chipset clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali 400 MP GPU. There is on-board 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage. Of the 8GB users will get about 5.8GB free space. The micro SD card slot in turn will help add up to 32GB external storage.

The Fire 3 is loaded with accelerometer, light and proximity sensors. On the camera part this handset comes with a 2MP fixed focus front camera and a 5MP auto focus rear camera with flash. Rear camera can shoot 720p videos.

Additional features are 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. The dual SIM Micromax Canvas Fire 3 gets power from a 1850 mAh battery with up to 7 hours of talk time on a full charge.
