    1. fake reviews even without receiving phone and many are not even verified purchase. looks like no finger print sensor, it’s a big omission if not present and deal breaker in current times. Else phone looks nice, processor don’t matter much for most folks.

      1. Most of the reviews are with the actual phone. lg do have knock code and face unlock. Problem with FP locking is, if you lock the phone using third party apps then it wont unlock using FP. you have to draw a pattern or use PIN. . so the tap to lock feature of most of the launchers wont work. They could have given sd 625 for a such a beautiful phone. And they could have given the IP 68 too. And if the finger is wet or the scanner is wet it wont work. I experienced it first hand when I had to bandage my thumb cause of a cut. IF the FP scanner is in the front, for single hand use you have to use the thumb.

  1. Micromax is also launching a phone with 18:9 screen ratio this month, probably a rebranded one.

  2. I believe price should not exceed 11000 because of very low battery for full hd display and absence of finger print scanner

  3. This is a good going by LG. They are entering mid range market with budget friendly prices.

If priced at 15000 then this will become samsung galaxy s8 for the poor.

Very good step taken by the LG. Finally LG realised budget and mid range mobiles are the need of the hour.

Hope next launch will even bring more features by LG at low price.

  4. lg still lacks in mid range. this phone will fail in India if they price it higher than 12k.

    1. I agree processor is slow. But look at the stunning less bezel design resembling galaxy s8.

I think full marks goes to device dimensions. They have placed 5.5 inch screen in a normal 5 inch panel.

So the device will perform well in market.

Again this is my thinking. Correct me if Iam wrong. But argue with realistic comment.

  5. Sd 435, no notification light, no water proofing, no amoled screen , no fingerprint scanner and single camera with eis i think. Knowing lg price would be 19999. Take away the screen, there is nothing there.

      1. I think his comment was valid.. he meant just for FHD+ resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio display LG would be charging premium around Rs 10k more.
Fingerprint sensor and good display protection should have been there in my opinion

    1. Whats your opinion About oppo and vivo with Mediatek processor and 720p screen for 20k ?

      1. Ha ha ha, good reply VSK. I think good move by the LG and quality of the LG phones are superior. If price less than 18k, it will be a good phone.

        1. Lg did have that boot loop problems on some older phone models. And who in their right mind would buy oppo or vivo. Having said that most probably i would buy g6 or mi6 if it is available.
