Karbonn Mobiles has launched a new handset the Karbonn Aura 9 that houses a quad core processor, comes with dual SIM slot but running Android KitKat for ₹6,390. This handset also does not support 4G, 3G however is supported.
Karbonn Aura 9 supports 21 Indian regional languages and is powered by a quad core processor, the chipset has not yet been disclosed, it however is clocked at 1.2Ghz. Outdated Android 4.4.x runs out of the box with 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage space. There is micro SD card support too, of up to 32GB.
This is a dual SIM handset that comes packed with an 8MP AF camera with LED flash on the rear and a 5MP camera on the front. Front camera is fixed focus. The Aura 9 sports a 5 inch screen (IPS LCD) supporting 854 x 480 pixels (FWVGA) resolution.
Additional features are 3G, 2G, GPS with A-GPS, Wi-Fi (b/g/n), FM Radio and Bluetooth 4.0. Now the good part is that this handset comes with a 4000 mAh battery.
Karbonn Aura 9 will be available soon in Blue and White colour options for ₹6,390.
