Josh Mobiles a not so known company has launched a low budget phone named Josh Fortune Square. This handset is priced at Rs. 2,999 and sports a 3.5 inch screen (480×320 pixels resolution), however it comes loaded with an outdated Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS.
The price sounds good but the specs are way outdated. It is a good buy for those who have limited budget and want to try a smartphone, however by investing some extra money that could get a better deal.
The Josh Fortune Square is powered by 1GHz single core processor. Its runs on Gingerbread OS with 256MB RAM and about 100MB of storage space for apps. There is micro SD card slot along with dual SIM slots. For this price I don’t think you will get 3G support.
Other features are Wi-Fi, 2G and Bluetooth. There is 2MP rear fixed focus camera and a battery of 1450 mAh capacity that should last for over a day. Most of you might be hearing the Josh Mobile brand for the first time. There are find few handsets listed on their website including the Josh Fortune HD a better android smartphone for Rs. 11,999.
where can i buy josh Fortune Square mobile..
Dear Mr Gogi Rana
I think to help your readers it would be a good thing for you to provide an article specially on Android Phones at various price points e.g. 3k ; 4k ; 5k ; 6k; 7k; 10k, why i am suggesting is – because while there is lot of discussion on High end Androids all around, maximum Indians buy within these price points, and i think the price points of 3,4,5k r now opening up- one or two really good phones should solve a lot of reader queries.
Vijay, will add under 5K section in https://www.gogi.in/android-phone-india.html
josh!!! please show some hosh…
at least it has better specs then my galaxy y.. -_-
Why is every indian rebrand obsessed with the hd tag even where there is no relation to hd with the phone
Price wise it is good if 3g is there…
