The Auxus Aura A1 is a new low budget octa core powered handset launched by iBerry. This is a dual SIM handset that runs KitKat and is 7.5 mm thick. It is using a 1.4 GHz octa core powered chipset and is priced at Rs. 9,990 (for limited period).

The Auxus Aura A1 sports a 5 inch OGS fully laminated touchscreen with corning gorilla glass protection and supporting 960 x 540 pixels resolution. It runs KitKat with 1 GB RAM DDR3 and 8 Gigs of internal storage. The micro SD card slot supports up to 64 GB external cards.

Aura A1 weight with battery is 140 grams. There are dual cameras on this handset. 8 MP on the front and 13 MP on the rear. Rear camera is auto focus and comes with LED flash support. FHD video playback and recording is supported. As mentioned the A1 is using 28nm MediaTek True Octa Core chipset MTK6592 clocked at 1.4 GHz and coupled with Mali 450 MP GPU.

Key features are 3G (42Mbps), 2G, GPS with A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi (b/g/n). There are accelerometer, light and proximity sensors. A1 gets power from a 2800 mAh removable battery.
