iBall has launched world’s first 35 Lumens Projector phone called the iBall Andi 4a Projector that comes powered by 1GHZ dual core processor with a built in projector of VGA resolution (640×480). The Andi 4a Projector is priced at Rs. 18,999.

The key highlight is the built in projector with VGA resolution of size 32″/m. It’s LED powered – 35Lm brightness (contract 1200:1) with manual focus. A free Tripod is also included.

This dual SIM handset is powered by 1GHz dual core processor (Cortex A9) and runs on Jelly Bean 4.1 OS with 512MB RAM and 4GB storage. 32GB micro SD card is supported. The IPS touch screen is of 4 inches supporting resolution of 800×480 pixels.

There are dual cameras – a front VGA for video call and 8MP on the rear with LED flash support. Andi 4a projector supports 3G (7.2Mbps), 2G, Wi-Fi (b/g), GPS with A-GPS and Bluetooth. G-sensor, proximity and light sensors are present and battery is of 1500 mAh capacity.

If you go though the specifications there is nothing new it’s the same dual core hardware that is currently available for under Rs. 10,000. So in all you are paying approx Rs. 9K extra for the 35 Lumens Projection feature.
