Huawei has announced a bigger and better version of Huawei Honor 6 called the Huawei Honor 6 Plus. The key highlight is subversive 8MP rear double lens capable of shooting up to 13MP resolution.
The Huawei Honor 6 Plus is powered by 1.8GHz Huawei Hisilicon Kirin 925 octa core chipset with Mali 628 MP4 GPU and sports a 5.5 inch IPS TFT screen with FHD resolution. Android 4.4.4 runs the show along with EMUI 3.0 user interface.
There is 3GB RAM and 32 GB storage and a micro SD card slot that supports up to 128GB external cards. Front camera is 5MP resolution and on the rear there are dual cameras 8MP + 8MP with dual LED flash.
The dual cameras on the back offer better camera experience. Images are captures by both the lens simultaneously in up to 13MP resolution. These rear cameras can get in more light, provide faster auto focus (using SLR grade ISP technology). The end result is much better that as found on other phone camera and this is perfect for night shots.
Key features are 4G, 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS, IR, NFC and Bluetooth. There is 3600 mAh battery. The honor 6 plus will be available for 2499 Yuan for 4G support on both SIM’s and 1999 Yuan for 4G support on only one SIM.
No word about its availability / price in India.
In honor 6 plus is there any slot supports cdma version for India and when it will be launch to India.
Dual Camera Configuration Like One M8. Nice !
Nice mobile. No reason for me to buy it. As I have the LG G3. Won’t need to replace it for 4-5 years.
Sir, Excellent Specifications. I am very much eager to purchase the New Huwaei Honor 6 plus. Sir, any idea about the availability in India. Please tell me the price band also.
What is mean by dual rear camera? For what purpose it used?
This looks like a very capable phone from Huawei. Supposed to have JDI 5.5inch display, they are best in world. And with 2 of 8 MP sensors at back, it should be able to take very good low light pictures. Even the front cam sensor is True 8 MP..good for all the Selfie lovers, over all a good phone, provided Huawie brings in dual SIM version to India. I am sure the older Honor 6 will continue to be sold in India.
only 1 -ve point is no lolly pop even when it’s released over 2 months ago
The Beast has more teeth now.
— Superior Camera(s)
— Bigger Screen.
— Bigger Battery
and most importantly,
— Dual Sim.
If it comes for any where near Rs.20K, it will be a steal.
By the Way, Dada, any update on its launch in India.?
