The Flipkart Billion Capture+ smartphone that made waves and still listed with coming soon status will be made by Smartron. Flipkart and Smartron have partnered for the Billion Capture+ device via the Smartron’s tronX ecosystem.

Smartron tronX ecosystem ‘Powered by tronX‘ is their first step with Flipkart and they are keen to extend this ecosystem to third party brands. The ecosystem includes cloud services,  AI and IoT. The Billion Capture+ is their first smartphone in partnership with Flipkart.

Flipkart listed the Capture+ smartphone few days back with coming soon status and it has still not updated. The handset is decently priced at Rs. 10,999 with 3GB RAM and the 4Gb variant comes for Rs. 12,999.

Flipkart Billion Capture+

Unique thing about the Billion Capture+ is the dual cameras on the back. Flipkart had entered the market before with their product and now this is the first time they are coming up with a smartphone.

I am still waiting to buy the Billion Capture+ handset for review since the company did not sent me one for review, anyway specs looks good need to check the camera – the dual 13MP + 13MP.

  2. @Gogi,

    hello,
i have been following gogi’s website & youtube channel fort quite sometime & its been very helpful to buy/compare Gadgets & other technology devices.

since gogi is a popular tech/mobile/gadget reviewer in India,
i am Surprised why flipkart didn’t give to review unit to Gogi.
considering the fact that gogi’s website sends thousands of redirects to flipkart in latest mobiles/launches.
& flipkart send their billion capture mobile to many other youtubers/reviewers…

So i request gogi not to buy flipkarts’s mobile with own money & reviewing because theres no point in it & not waste time & money for a brand who cant even send review unit..

    1. There is no point bro. I think it doesn’t deserve Gogi’s review, as it may be a failure. That’s why they are afraid of providing the review unit!!!

    2. Flipkatr know he reviews devices as his passion. I know him from the beginning. So if there will be problem it will be caught by him.

I was very happy when I have founded his name on Snapdeal. And the device was Infocus M2. And really that was gem of a device of that time.

  3. Not a attractive device & current time I’d dedicated to FULL SCREEN DISPLAY, so this not right device in current time. Bit pricey also.

  4. Is it better then tenor 10 or g
On the basis of camera and performance
    Confuzed between this two devices
    Required your opinion
    Thnx

  5. need to check the camera – the dual 13MP + 13MP

It is not good to assume things based on specs on paper….they are just numbers and in reality the camera may or may not perform well….just like InFocus Turbo 5 with dual cameras…..

  6. good to see phone built by Indian brand. capture plus has good specs but design feels dated.hope they improve the design in line with latest trend of 18:9 screen with edge to edge display.

  8. The phone has good features but looks like Karbonn, lava or other local mobile. Pathetic design.
