The Asus Zenfone Max smartphone that was announced in 2015 is the one in the Zenfone family that comes with a massive battery of 5000 mAh capacity. It will finally be launched in India on 4th January 2016. The Zenfone Max will be available exclusively on Flipkart.

Asus Zenfone Max houses the qualcomm snapdragon 410 64 bit quad core processor running Android Lollipop with ZenUI version 2.0. This smartphone comes packed with 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM (Internal storage) and 64GB external card support.

Zenfone Max sports a 5.5 inch IPS screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. Rear camera is a 13MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture and front camera is of 5Mp resolution also with f/2.0 aperture. Rear camera comes with LED flash support.

Additional features are 4G, 3G, 2G, GPS (GLONASS / A-GPS), WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0. This is a dual SIM handset – SIM slot 1 supports 4G and SIM 2 supports 3G/2G. The Asus Zenfone Max gets power from a 5000 mAh Li-po battery that as per the company will give up to 37.63 hours of talk time.

Asus Zenfone Max will be launched on 4th January 2016, will be available on Flipkart – the price not yet known.
