I intend buying zenfone 2 laser. Bit confused about choosing 5″ version or 5.5″ version. Have seen feedback about speaker performance. Is it really that bad that one can’t enjoy listening to good music? Camera Is apparently fine and looking at much of gaming. Any help?

Phone is good, had made up my mind to buy this, but won’t buy it from Flipkart, will wait till Asus releases it via other websites, Amazon or Snapdeal.
Flipkart is good as long as you do not run into any problem with the delivery or the device, once there is something that isn’t okay, Flipkart would show it’s true colors. They are pathetic.

Bhai, nothing wrong with Flipkart. Its only that with a few other Sites, like Amazon, you get the option of return/refund. But fact of the matter is, At worst, you will have to approach Asus Auth. Service Centre (same as what you do, when you buy the product from a brick-n-mortar store). At best you will get a replacement (which you can’t expect if you buy offline).

Shop through flopkart and if you face any problem, you will regret with your decision to buy from flopkart (flipkart)
Damn!!!
Shop through flipkart and if you face any problem, just give then reason enough to consider your complaint not just some bullshit like my phone is taking 3 hours to charge and i need refund(not replacement).
I you are not seriously having some issue that can’t be fixed by replacement they will surely refund.

You are not aware of the app they tell you to install on your phone. If the app does not show any fault, then they just reject your replacement request.

True! I got display defected redmi 2 on delivery..when I have asked for replacement they told me to install ” smart check” app and what they said ” we can’t replace ” go to service center.bloody flopkart

@sabyasachi
100% agree with you ,i have to face this issue when i bought mi4 from F***kart customer care (less) person was actually shouting at me.

I got an Acer convertible for 12499 which had problems with it’s screen. The customer care representative told me, ” What do you expect from a 12499 device?”. They do not care about our hard earned money.

Why u not using Twitter ?? if u put some tweets to Flipkart then will atleast look into matter than Customer care . so please use it . If they don’t reply on twitter their brand image will suffer .
