Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G first sales will begin today at 2PM

Finally the 4G variant of Redmi Note is here. The flash sales will start from 2PM onwards. All this because of the court order following a temporary ban and the same being lifted for qualcomm devices, Xiaomi is now offering Redmi Note 4G instead of Redmi Note 3G.

The Flipkart page clearly mentions that there will be about 40,000 units for the first 4G sale and over 2,00,000 users have already registered. Looking at this figure the units might go out of stocks pretty soon.

Registration is required and you should have already registered before. The Micromax Yu Yureka is another handset that is competing with Xiaomi devices in terms of specifications as well as the price. Yureka will also be following the same flash sales method – on 13th January 2015 via Amazon.in.

The Redmi Note 4G is priced at Rs. 9,999. It is powered by 1.6GHz qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8928 quad core processor coupled with Adreno 305 GPU. MiUi 5.0 runs the show that is based on Android 4.4. There is 2GB RAM, 8GB storage and 64GB external card support.

Screen is 5.5 inches supporting 720p resolution. Also included is a 13MP rear AF camera and a FF 5MP front facing camera. The Note 4G comes with a 3100 mAh battery.

So any one of you tried buying the Note 4G?
