Verdict : Windows mobile OS were popular before the Android came into picture. The developers have a lot of hope on the Mango OS. HTC Radar has got that premium look, comes with a nice camera, a decent battery life and social networking plugged in and ready but the only issue is users are confined to around 6GB of storage with no option to add extra bytes.
