Meizu all set to enter the Indian markets

Meizu another known Chinese brand is gearing up to enter the Indian markets. They have launched the Meizu India Facebook page and currently running a contest. Meizu will launch their handset soon probably in a month or two.

Meizu has not yet launched a dedicated website for Indian consumers, however they have the Meizu India Facebook page operational. There is a post with contest details and an image that says ‘ Hello Indian Fans!’ – Meizu.

There are couple of handsets that the company had launched in China and the same is listed on their official website. I am not sure which model will be launched first, probably the M1. Pricing will definitely be the key attraction. There is no official word as to when the company will begin selling their products –no doubt they will also follow the flash sales method if their pricing is really tempting.

The latest M1 Note as listed on official website looks interesting, it is powered by 64 bit 1.7GHz octa core MT6752 chipset with Mali T760 GPU. It comes with 2GB RAM and optional 16/32GB storage. The handset supports 4G and sports a 5.5 inch screen with FHD resolution (with corning gorilla glass 3 protection).

Other features are Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, dual SIM support, Flyme 4 UI and 3140 mAh battery. They might launch something cheaper like the Meizu M1 (not the M1 Note), stay tuned.
