BSNL will soon come up with a new plan for Rs. 149 with unlimited calling to any network

After launching unlimited calling offers for BSNL Prepaid customers with plans starting from Rs. 99 up to Rs. 399 for 28 days, the company is now planning to launch a new Rs. 149 plan that offers unlimited voice calling from BSNL to BSNL and BSNL to any other network (local and STD).

As per this report BSNL may go live with the new plan next month. BSNL had recently launched a new unlimited plan for Prepaid customers, this plan starts from Rs. 99, Rs. 119, Rs. 139 and Rs. 149 wherein customers will get Unlimited Local and STD calling from BSNL to BSNL along with 300 MB of data.

The Rs. 99 is for following Telecom circles – Kolkata TD, Bihar, Assam, MP, MH, Rajasthan, WB, JKD, Gujarat and CG. The Rs. 199 plan for UPE, Uttaranchal and UPW telecom circles, Rs. 139 is for HR, PUN, J&K, Chennai, TN, OR, AP, KTK, NE-1/II and Rs. 149 is for Kerala and HP telecom circles.

Another plan for Rs. 339 gives unlimited Local / STD BSNL to BSNL and BSNL to other networks voice calling along with 1GB free data usage (Telecom Circle – Pan India). Plan validity is 28 days.

Let us see if BSNL does come with a Rs. 149 plan next month to compete with Reliance Jio.
