The YU Yuphoria is now available on Amazon.in with a price tag of ₹6,499. This handset however is running Android Lollipop 5.1.1 instead of Cyanogen OS 12. Surprising the Yu Yureka also listed is now running KitKat, does this mean that the Cyanogen / Micromax / YU have parted ways?

YU Yuphoria is using 64 bit qualcomm snapdragon 410 quad core processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage. This handset sports a 5 inch screen, it’s IPS screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. This is a dual SIM handset with 4G LTE support.

The Yuphoria also comes with an 8MP AF camera packed on the rear with LED flash and a 5MP fixed focus camera packed on the front. Additional features are 4G, 3G, 2G, WiFi, GPS and Bluetooth. The Yuphoria gets power from a 2230 mAh battery.
