Xolo has launched another quad core handset the Xolo Q600 with a 4.5 inch screen. The handset is slightly cheaper than the Xolo Q700 model and should be available in the market within few days for Rs. 8,999.

Like many other quad core handset this one also supports dual SIM with dual standby mode. The Xolo Q600 comes powered by the MediaTek MT6589M chipset clocked at 1.2GHz with PowerVR SGX 544 GPU, the same that powers the Xolo Q700 and the new Q800 lot.

The Q600 is with a 4.5 inch screen supporting 854×480 pixels resolution. It sails on Jelly Bean 4.2 with minimal ram of 512MB. The internal storage is 4GB along with external micro SD card support (32GB). There is a 5MP camera on the rear and a front VGA camera with native video calling support.

Other features are 3G, 2G, GPS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The battery of 2000 mAh capacity is really good considering the screen size of 4.5 inches, it gives a good talktime of up to 13 hours.

The Xolo Q600 comes pre-loaded with Swype keyboard app and Xolo Secure anti theft app. The handset is available in white color only and is priced at Rs. 8,999.
