Xiaomi unveiled the YI 4K action camera that is using SONY IMX377 sensor and sports a 2.19 inch screen. The Xiaomi YI 4K action camera comes with EIS (electronic image stabilization) and can shoot 4K videos. It is priced at RMB 1199 (approx Rs. 12,200).

Xiaomi YI 4K camera as mentioned is using SONY IMX377 sensor with a 12MP resolution and f/2.8 aperture. It supports wide angle 155 degree and can shoot 4K videos @ 30ps, Full HD videos @ 120fps and 720p videos @ 240 fps.

This action camera sports a 2.19 inch screen protected with corning gorilla glass. Inside the hood it is powered by Ambarella A9SE chipset. Other features are Micro SD card slot, built in Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi (dual Band), dual mics and 6 axis EIS.

YI 4K camera gets power from a 1400 mAh battery. This is a crowd  funding project, orders can be placed and shipping will begin in June 2016.

    1. No, its not available in open sale. There is no option for “Add to cart”. It just says only 1 left in stock, if you look at the top you will see there registration option for 18-May sale.

        1. yes anil is right it was available that time, even i added 1 in my cart but did not bought bcoz my friend want only grey one.

          1. Even I was able to add it to cart but you can not place order as it will give you error while placing order. i think there is a bug on Amazon.in/ because on right hand side you can add any version (grey/silver/gold) to cart but can not place order.

    2. Go for dark grey version as silver is not looking nice and gold version has many problems people facing
