After the success of Wammy Desire tablet, Wickedleak has now launched Wammy Desire II the quad core version for Rs. 9,999. This tab runs on the Android 4.0 OS upgradable to 4.2 and is powered by Exynos 4412 Quad Core chipset.

The Wammy Desire II comes with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. The screen is 7 inches with 5 point multi touch support and with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels. There is a front VGA camera and a rear 2MP camera.

The Desire 2 does not come with built in SIM slot but many features are include like GPS, HDMI and Bluetooth. Additional features are Wi-Fi, external 3G support, 3.5mm earphone jack and micro USB port.

This tablet weighs about 298 grams and is 10.9mm thick. A 3300 mAh battery will keep it going for over 3 to 4 hours on a single charge. The key attraction however is the hardware (Exynos 4412 quad core) that runs the show.

Pre-bookings have already started and Wickedleak will start shipping the tablet from 15th May 2013.
