Zenfone Max hands on and first impression

I already got the locked box from Asus about a week or two back, it was with me for a long time, sealed waiting for the lock code that was revealed today. When I opened the box and un-boxed the Zenfone Max, the handset was  on.

The idea was that, when the box is opened after a long time, the handset should still be running, and it did. There is 5000 mAh battery and when I opened the box there was still 17% battery juice left. The handset was on for almost 11 days in standby mode.

Looks wise the handset is similar to the Older Zenfone Max (you can check the old review here). On the rear the leather like textures look great. Now this smartphone comes with different hardware Snapdragon 615, I will need to check that out, full review coming soon.
