The Swipe All in One tablet comes powered by a 1 GHz processor, dual camera and dual SIM with 3G support. Though the package looks attractive it actually houses the same hardware that powers the Micromax A90.

Box Pack
The Swipe box pack look quite processional and you will find the Swipe logo / brand on almost all of the accessories, user manual and the tablet. Inside the box there is the Swipe tab, power adapter, UBS to mini UBS cable, UBS to mini UBS OTG cable, earphones of a good quality, user manual, warranty card and service center list.

Design
The 7 inch tablet is very comfortable to hold and the material used on the rear feels like rubber giving a comfortable and secure grip. There is front camera on the front top side of 1.3 MP resolution. There is quite a good amount of space on the right side that looks a bit odd especially when there are no buttons on that panel.

The power and volume rockers are on the top along with SIM slot (SIM 1 and SIM 2 with covering) and an open micro SD slot. On the right side there is the mini USB port, HDMI port, mic and 3.5mm audio jack. On the rear side there is the speaker out, reset button and a 2MP camera.

Display
The touchscreen is 7 inches with an excellent resolution of 1024×552 pixels that really looks good and fonts are much sharper. The tab is good for reading ebooks and surfing.

Swipe All in One tablet performance
The CPU is MediaTek MT6575 clocked at 1 GHz with PowerVR SGX 531 GPU. It is the same hardware that the Micromax A90 (and some other phones) comes with. This also means that you cannot play 1080p movies. I tried playing using MX player – it did not and neither did the Micromax A90.

With MT6575 and PowerVR SGX GPU you will not get the kind of performance that you get on Allwinner A10 / A13 CPU / other chipset with Mali 400 GPU. So basically it’s a phone with a 7 inch screen.

The dual SIM works perfectly fine. I tried making calls / receiving calls. The speaker volume is low but in a silent room it is hear-able.  You would want to use the earphones or a Bluetooth headset. The GPS (A-GPS support) works fine and so does the built in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The speaker volume is too low.

Dual SIM tablet

The tab supports 5 point multi touch and here are the benchmark scores.

Quadrant : 1760.
AnTuTu: 3438.
Linpack: Single – 32 | Multi – 26.
NenaMark2: 16.1 fps.

Camera
There is a 2MP rear and a front 1.3MP camera. You can use the front camera for video calls using skype. I did see the video call icon in the contact list; probably you can make video calls via 3G (native) too. The A90 with the same hardware did support native video calling.

Gaming
As already mentioned above the hardware is different and not that powerful to run the kind of games that can be played on A10/A13/ Mali 400 GPU.

Entertainment
You can play 720p videos but 1080 will not play. The tab can however play many audio and video formats but with lower resolution, you might need to convert the videos to HD or lower resolution for it to work.

Battery
The 4000 mAh battery should last for almost a day with normal usage.

Swipe All in One review
The good thing is that the tablet comes with all the features that you find on a smartphone, however in a bid to add those features the performance has been compromised.  The performance (gaming) is lower than other A10 / A13 tabs and is nowhere when compared with a dual core tablet.

If you want a tab with the entire phone features, 7 inch screen with good resolution and don’t mind the small lags and many of the high end games that you will not be able to play you can go ahead with the Swipe All in One tablet.
