Panasonic launched the Eluga S Mini an octa core powered Smartphone with a price tag of Rs. 8,990. This handset though powered by a good octa core processor it however is running Android KitKat 4.4.2.

The S Mini is cheaper than the Eluga S that was launched in 2014. This dual SIM handset sports a 4.7 inch screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It houses an unknown octa core chipset probably MediaTek.

Android 4.4.2 runs out of the box with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and max 32GB external card support. Panasonic Eluga S Mini is 9.4mm thick and weighs about 134 grams with battery. It comes packed with an 8MP AF camera on the rear with LED flash and 5MP font facing selfie camera.

Key features are 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and 21 Indian regional language support. S Mini comes with a 1980 mAh battery and will hit the stores soon for Rs. 8,990.
