Oppo Mirror 5 that was announced in July 2015 and also got listed on their official (global) website has now been launched in India for ₹15,990. This quad core powered smartphone comes with sparkling diamond like texture on the rear side as seen on the Elephone S2.

The Oppo Mirror 5 houses the qualcomm snapdragon 410 quad core chipset (MSM8916) clocked at 1.2GHz coupled with Adreno 306 GPU. Colour OS 2.1 based on Android Lollipop 5.1 sails out of the box over a 5 inch TFT screen with qHD – 960 x 540 pixels resolution.

This is a dual SIM handset with 4G (LTE band 1/4/7/17) (as per global Oppo website), 3G support. This smartphone also comes packed with a 5MP front facing camera and an 8MP f/2.2 aperture auto focus camera with LED flash support. The rear camera can record full HD videos.

Key features are 4G (probably missing for India), 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. The Mirror 5 is 7.6mm thick and weight is 160 grams with battery. There is 2GB RAM and 16GB storage along with 128GB external card support. The handset also comes loaded with smart remote app that works with household apps.

Oppo Mirror 5 houses a 2420 mAh Li-Po non-removable battery and it will hit the stores soon for ₹15,990.
