With their entry into the Russian markets Micromax has launched few handset including the Micromax Canvas Social also called the Micromax A94. The MMX A94 – Micromax mad is already available in the Indian market for under Rs. 9,000.
The dual SIM Micromax Canvas Social A94 sports a 4.5 inch screen with 854×480 pixels resolution. It is powered by 1.2GHz quad core Broadcom processor running Android 4.2 with 512MB RAM and 4GB internal storage.
There is 5MP rear camera with LED flash and I think the front camera is also 5MP auto focus, same as seen on the Micromax A94 in India. Other features are 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. The removable battery is of 1800 mAh capacity with about 6 hours talk-time.
Micromax has launched the Canvas Beat, Canvas Tube and the Canvas Knight A350 in Russia. Some of the models are already available in India whereas some models are yet to be launched. Micromax has already setup their base in Russia and will have about 60 service centres (in Russia) operational by end of this month.
