Micromax has not yet officially revealed any of the details regarding the forthcoming handset Canvas Doodle 3, however the specifications are already out and the info seems to be quite genuine. The Doodle 3 is powered by dual core processor.

MicromaxCanvas.co.in has leaked the box pack image that clearly mentioned the specifications. The Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 will be powered by 1.3GHz dual core processor and will sport a bigger screen of 6 inches with FWVGA (854 x 480) resolution.

Handset runs on Jelly Bean 4.2 as mentioned on the box pack and it’s a dual SIM, dual band handset. There is micro SD card slot and on-board RAM is 512MB and internal storage is 4GB (this has become a standard).

A 5MP auto focus camera is on the rear and a 0.3MP fixed focus on the front. Key features are 3G, 2g, WiFi, GPS and Bluetooth. The battery is 2500 mAh capacity with estimated talk-time of up to 9 hours.

Looking at the specifications the handset could be priced at under Rs. 11,000 (probably between 7K to 9K). Interesting thing is that the box pack also includes a flip cover (magnetic) of a similar kind as seen on the Samsung Galaxy S4. Let’s wait for the official launch.
