Micromax Bharat 5 Plus smartphone launching soon with massive 5000 mAh battery

The latest tweet by Micromax India twitter official handle has confirmed that the company will be launching the Micromax Bharat 5 Plus in India, pretty soon. Key attraction is the 5000 mAh battery. This handset is MediaTek powered.

The tweet also reveals key info about the handset, plus it is clearly mentioned that the Bharat 5 Plus will be MediaTek powered. The tweet says #takecharge of an endless performance with 5000 mAh battery on Bharat 5 Plus.

Micromax Bharat 5 Plus specifications

This dual SIM handset is powered by MediaTek quad core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. It is upgraded version of Bharat 5. Android 7.1 runs out of the box with 5.2 inch screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution.  The on-board RAM on this handset is 2GB with 16GB ROM. Users can use micro SD card of up to 64GB.

Micromax Bharat 5 Plus includes an 8MP camera on the rear with flash and a 5MP camera on the front with wide angle lens. Common features are Wi-Fi, 4G, VoLTE, GPS, FM radio and Bluetooth. This handset does not come with finger print sensor.

Bharat 5 Plus houses a 5000 mAh non-removable battery and in few days it will be launched, we will know the price then.
