Mi QLED TV 4K review – Premium TV from Xiaomi for Rs. 54,999

This is the latest TV from Xiaomi featuring a 4K QLED Display with. Dolby Vision and HDR 10+ support, plus a 30W sound system with 6 speakers, that is equivalent to using a sound bar. This Android 10 TV with Premium Metallic Bezel-less design is priced at Rs. 54,999.

Do check the Mi QLED TV 4K review video below to know what you get inside the box (covers MI QLED 4K unboxing) and features, plus performance of this QLED TV. The video also covers important info on what is the difference among LCD/LED, QLED and OLED.

The QLED are much brighter and well suited for Indian home conditions where the ambient light is too much or in majority of homes there is an external source of light like from window / balcony.

The Mi QLED TV looks premium with Aluminium Allow Frames and comes with sandblasted metallic finish. Plus the carbon finish around the back looks great. Usually on most TV’s the sound system are kind of standard 20 to 24W but here you get 30W speaker built in and that too 6 speakers of which 4 are full range drivers and 2 tweeters.

Sound quality is pretty impressive and can be compared to the Mi Sound bar quality. So in general you are getting a sound bar built in into this Mi QLED TV. Picture quality is impressive, bright, sharp and supports HLG, HDR 10+ and Dolby Vision and Reality Flow – overall an immersive viewing experience.

Inside the hoot it is powered by MediaTek quad core processor that is powerful coupled with 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM, you can install TV games and they play really well, no lags. The BT remote that is included with this TV comes with 3 new features.

  1. You can double press the volume down button to immediately mute the tv and un-mute
  2. You can press and hold the Mi button for sometime to show quick settings options
  3. The quick wake feature enables the TV to wake up in about 5 seconds.

Should you buy the Mi QLED 4K TV 55 inch?

It is best option after LCD / LED but it does come for the price so if you can afford go for it.
