Meizu today launched the M2 Note in China for 799 RMB that comes to approx Rs. 8,200. The Meizu M2 Note is successor to the M1 Note. It will initially be available in China and probably within few weeks or months we might see this in India.

The M2 Note is running Flyme 4.5 OS based on Android Lollipop 5.1. It houses the MediaTek MT6753 octa core chipset clocked at 1.3GHz – it’s 64 bit cortex A53 coupled with Mali T720 GPU. There is 2GB RAM, optional 16GB/32GB storage and micro SD card support.

This is a dual SIM handset and both the SIM’s slot support 4G/3G/2G. The 2nd SIM is a hybrid SIM so in case you are planning to use a SD card (128GB supported) you can use only one SIM (via SIM slot 1).

This handset sports a 5.5 inch screen with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. When it comes to the camera there is 13MP AF camera with dual LED flash on the rear and 5MP fixed focus camera on the front. The rear camera as well as the front camera can shoot FHD (1080p) videos.
