LG has launched the Max smartphone in India for ₹10,990. This is a quad core powered smartphone running Lollipop over a 5 inch screen with FWVGA resolution. The LG Max will be available soon in Gold, White and Titan colour options.

LG Max as mentioned is using a 1.3GHz quad core processor. The chipset has not yet been disclosed, it could probably be MediaTek. Out of the box this handset will sail on Android 5.1.1 – Lollipop with 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage.

This is a dual SIM handset and there is a micro SD card slot too that will support max 32GB cards. Max (handset) weight with battery is 155 grams and it is 9.6mm thick. Max also comes with a front facing camera of 5MP resolution and a rear camera of 8MP resolution with LED flash support.

Key features are 3G, 2G, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi. The LG Max gets power from a 2540 mAh battery, it will be available soon for ₹10,990.
