The Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus was recently unveiled at the MWC 2016 in Barcelona, now the good news is that the company is bringing this handset into the Indian markets within few days. Lenovo has already started sending out invites for the Vibe K5 Plus launch event on 15th March 2016 in India.

This handset is running Lollipop with 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. There is micro SD card support of up to 32GB. It’s dual SIM sporting a 5 inch IPS screen with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. Handsets weighs around 142 grams with battery and thickness is 8.2mm.

K5 Plus houses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 64 bit octa core processor clocked at 1.5GHz coupled with Adreno 405 GPU. When it comes to camera, a 13MP AF camera with FHD video recording capabilities is packed on the rear and front camera is of 5MP resolution (fixed focus).

Additional features are 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, Dolby ATMOS and WiFi. A 2750 mAh battery powers up this handset.

Looking at the specifications and the official price of $149 (price unveiled at MWC) the Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus could be price at under ₹11,000. It’s main competitor will be the Redmi Note 3.
