It seems Motorola has rolled out the Kitkat update i.e. Android 4.4.4 on the Moto Devices especially for the Moto G. I guess other models wll also get the updates soon or already rolled out. Many users have confirmed this update on Moto G.

One of our user Krish Mano has mentioned that the update size if about 167MB. If you are using Moto G just head on to the software update link on the about device section, then check for updates. You will find the 4.4.4 there.

Once you hit the download button it will automatically download and will install the update. Make sure the battery is over 75% and use Wi-Fi or 3G (if possible) to download the update.

Let us know how the update went, any new features and any performance / battery improvements. The Moto G was and still is a hot selling smartphone in India. It was launched exclusively on Flipkart for just Rs. 12,499.
