Karbonn Mobiles have launched an upgraded A25 – the Karbonn A25+ that is now available for a price tag of Rs. 5,420. This is a dual core handset running Android 4.2 with dual SIM support.
The Karbonn A25+ is powered by MediaTek’s 1.3GHz dual core processor with Mali 400 GPU. RAM is 512MB and internal storage is 4GB. There is micro SD card support of up to 32GB. The A25+ runs on Android 4.2 Jelly bean OS.
The capacitive touch screen is 5 inches and supporting resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. This dual SIM handset also comes with a VGA front camera and a 5 megapixel camera on the rear with LED. It is not yet clear if the A25+ supports 3G, however the 1.3GHz dual core chipset does support 3G and the older version the Karbonn A25 did not support 3G.
Other features are Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. The Karbonn A25+ comes with a 1800 mAh battery. It is listed on Snapdeal website for Rs. 5,420. The specifications on the snapdeal website say that 2G is supported (no word about 3G).
