The iBall Slide i701 windows powered tablet was initially available on Amazon.in, but as of now it is also available on Flipkart for the same price of Rs. 4,999. On amazon.in you can place the order but the product will be in stock on 28th may, whereas on Flipkart it is in stock (for now).
iBall Slide i701 is powered by 1.8GHz Intel Atom quad core processor, it is using the Z3735G chipset. This tablet with a 7 inch screen supporting 1024 x 600 pixels resolution is running Windows 8.1 OS out of the box and it will get the Windows 10 upgrade as per the company.
There is 16GB of internal storage space and 1GB DDR3 RAM. The micro SD card will further support external cards of up to 64GB. A 2MP camera (auto focus) is placed on the rear and there is a 0.3MP camera on the front.
There is Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. You can connect USB dongle with 3G support for net connectivity. This handset gets power from a 3200 mAh battery.
I had ordered the i701 from Amazon.in with delivery dates between 1st June to 3rd June, they will have it in stock on 28th. But as soon as I saw the listing on Flipkart I ordered it and guess what it will be delivered tomorrow, I have cancelled the Amazon order.
