iBall’s official website got a new octa core handset listed, the Andi 5Q Cobalt Solus. It is powered by 1.4GHz cortex A7 Octa Core processor running Android KitKat with 2Gigs of RAM and 16GB storage. The price is not mentioned.

The octa core chipset has not been revealed but most likely it could be the MediaTek 1.4GHz with Mali 450 MP GPU. This is a dual SIM handset, light weight at 135 grams and 8.3mm slim. It sports a 5 inch screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution.

The handset comes packed with 2GB RAM, 16GB storage – 7GB as phone storage and 6GB space for apps and micro SD card support of up to 32GB. Like other octa core handsets this one too houses a 13MP auto focus camera on the rear with LED flash and a 5MP on the front with video calling support.

iBall Andi 5Q Cobalt Solus launched

Key features are 3G (21Mbps), 2G (EDGE / GPRS – class 12), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS with A-GPS. A 2250 mAh battery powers up this handset.

The iBall Andi 5Q Cobalt Solus will be available soon, the specs look good and hope the price is under Rs. 10,000.
