Another low budget 1.3GHz MediaTek quad core powered handset the iBall Andi 4.5D Royale is now available for Rs. 7,999. This dual SIM handset runs on Jelly Bean OS and comes with a 1700 mAh battery.

Here we go, another 1.3GHz Quad Core powered smartphone; well nothing new there are already many handsets using this chipset. The Andi 4.5D Royale houses this MediaTek cortex A7 chipset clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali 400 GPU.

The capacitive IPS touch screen is 4.5 inches supporting resolution of qHD (960 x 540 pixels). Handset sails on Android 4.2 with 1GB RAM, 4Gigs of ROM and external 32GB micro SD card support. Of the 4GB storage 2GB allocated as phone storage (for users).

iBall Andi 4.5D Royale quad core for under Rs. 8K

Like many other handsets using the same chipset, this one too comes with an 8MP rear AF camera along with LED flash and a secondary camera on the front of VGA resolution. Though it is not specifically mentioned, the handset should be able to record 720p or even 1080p videos.

Other specifications are 3G (21Mbps), 2G (EDGE/GPRS), Wi-Fi (b/g/n), GPS with A-GPS and Bluetooth. The iBall Andi 4.5D Royale comes with a 1700 mAh battery and is now available online for Rs. 7,999.
