The Huawei Honor Holly is powered by quad core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. The CPU is not known as of now. The LCD IPS touchscreen is 5 inches supporting 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It is a dual SIM supported handset that runs KitKat out of the box with Emotion UI 2.3.

The price tag is really good (considering quad core, 16GB storage, HD resolution), it will be competing with the Android One smartphones.
