Huawei has launched the Ascend G730 Phablet that sports a 5.5 inch screen and is powered by 1.3GHz quad core processor for a price of Rs. 13,999. The handset runs on Android 4.2 OS and is now available in India in local stores and online.

Along with the G730, Huawei has also mentioned the price of Ascend Y600 that got listed on the official website in early April. The Huawei Ascend Y600 comes powered by 1.3GHz dual core processor with a 5 inch touchscreen, this handset is priced at Rs. 8,999.

The G730 is a dual SIM handset (GSM+GSM) powered by MediaTek 1.3GHz quad core processor. It runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.2 with 1GB RAM, 4GB ROM and Micro SD (32GB) card support. The screen as already mentioned is 5.5. inches with 960 x 540 pixels resolution with 5 point multi touch support.

There is 5MP AF rear camera with flash and a VGA front camera. 720p video recording is supported. Key highlights are 3G(21Mbps), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. The G730 comes with a 2300 mAh Li-Po battery.

The handsets Y600 and G730 are already listed along with their respective price tags on Huawei website.
