Honor today as expected launched the Honor 7S in India. This is a low cost smartphone powered by a quad core processor, it is MediaTek processor and this handset comes with a single camera on the back and a single camera on the front. Honor 7S price in India is Rs. 6,999.

Looks like many brands will not start using MediaTek processor for low cost smartphones. Here on the Honor 7S it is MediaTek MT6739 64 bit quad core processor clocked at 1.5GHz. Android Oreo plus EMUI 8.1 runs out of the box.

This dual SIM handset is loaded with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM, plus micro SD support of up to 256GB. The screen is with a 18:9 aspect ratio, 5.45 inches with 1440 x 720 pixels resolution (HD+), there is 2.5D curved glass too.

Handset weight is 142 grams and coming to the camera on the rear there is 13MP PDAF camera with flash and front camera is a 5MP shooter that also comes with front flash. Other features are 4G, VoLTE, GPS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

Honor 7S houses a 3020 mAh battery and its price in India is Rs. 6,999. This smartphone will go on sale on 14th September on Flipkart in Gold, Blue and Black color options.
