Coolpad group has launched a lighter version of its successful Note 3 smartphone called the Coolpad Note 3 Lite. This handset is powered by quad core processor and sports a 5 inch HD screen. Note 3 Lite is priced at just ₹6,999.

The Coolpad Note 3 Lite will be made in India i.e with collaboration with Videocon. The Note 3 Lite does come with finger print scanner that can unlock the phone in just about 0.5 seconds. This is a dual SIM handset with 4G LTE support.

Note 3 Lite sports a 5 inch IPS screen supporting 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It is powered by MediaTek MT6735 64 bit quad core processor clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with Mali T720 GPU. There is 3GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Plus users can use micro SD card of up to 32GB.

A 13MP camera is packed on the rear with LED flash support and a 5MP (fixed focus) camera is on the front. Handset weight is 152 grams (with battery) and thickness is 8.9mm. Additional features are 4G, 3G, 2G, GPS, WiFi, finger print scanner and Bluetooth 4.0.

A 2500 mAh battery powers up the new Lite handset. The Coolpad Note 3 Lite will be available exclusively on Amazon.in. It will be flash sale, registrations will begin soon and handset will go on sale on 28th January 2016.
