The next product from Asus will come with dual cameras, it will be called the Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom following the Zenfone 3 design pattern. Zenfone 3 Zoom recently got TENAA certification in China. Specifications have also been revealed.

The Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom will be Snapdragon 625 powered – a 64 bit octa core chipset clocked at 2GHz with Adreno 506 GPU. This handset will sport a 5.5 inch AMOLED screen with 2.5D curved glass playing with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.

As far as the memory and storage is concerned the Zenfone 3 Zoom will come with 2GB/16GB, 3GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB RAM/ROM combinations. It will be a dual SIM handset using hybrid slot. Weight (estimated) will be 168 grams and thickness – 7.9mm.

There will be dual camera on the back – a 13MP and a 12.2MP (Laser AF / PDAF) in parallel along with dual tone LED flash. Front camera will be a 13MP shooter and this handset will include a finger print sensor.

Common (expected) features are 4G, VoLTE, USB Type C, WiFi, GPS and BT. Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom will house a 5000 mAh battery.

Asus will soon officially announce this handset, probably in early January 2017.
