Ainol 10 inch LCD Electronic Writing pad review – standalone pad, cannot sync with other devices

Here is anther LCD Writing pad, the Ainol 10 inch LCD Electronic Writing pad, this one is priced at $31 approx Rs. 2000. Check this review to know more about this writing pad and also know if it can connect with other devices or not.

Inside the box you will get the Ainol 10 inch writing pad, user manual, a pen (stylus), stand and stickers. I had done a review of a writing pad before, that one was with a smaller screen size, this one is better in terms of size and build quality.

Overall the Ainol 10 inch LCD Writing pad looks good, premium build and finishing is really good, curvy design with no sharp edges. The unique thing about this writing pad is that it comes with a erase lock button, when set to lock the erase button will not work. This lock system is really useful to avoid accidental erase button press.

A button cell battery powers this writing pad. Battery life is around 15,000 erases, this will easily go on for over 1 year. The Ainol 10 inch LCD Writing pad is a simple writing pad, with black screen and whatever you write / draw on the screen is in blue.

All you can do is draw / write and when need be press the erase button to erase the content. There is a app called Xpad you can download and install the same. It is just a simple app that makes use camera, i.e. when you hit the + sign the smartphone camera will open you will then need to capture image of the drawing / text you have drawn / written on the pad.

Now there is no need to use the app, you can use the camera  instead. Also note the writing pad does not come with any connectivity options which means you cannot connect this to any other devices so the content will never sync with other devices.

Now there are writing pads that are just too simple like this one, write, erase then write again. There are writing pads that also come with option to save the content you wrote / drawn and reload the saved content on the screen – but that type of writing pads will be really costly.

Rating 4.3 out of 5

You can buy the writing pad from Gearbest priced at $31 (approx Rs. 2000) make sure to use Priority line shipping option.

However this particular pad is now out of stock / discontinued but there are many such LCD Writing pads you can buy here is the link – https://goo.gl/ayBhQ9.

This is a very good option for rough work (saves paper) and specially if you have kids you can buy one for them – will definitely save a lot of paper.
