Xiaomi launched the Mi 5 priced at Rs. 24,999 it was the first smartphone powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820. And as of now the company has announced a price drop, a permanent one – the Xiaomi Mi 5 will now be available for Rs. 22,999.
There are two handsets with decent price tag and both these are powered by qualcomm snapdragon 820 chipset – the Mi 5 and the OnePlus 3. In fact the Mi 5 is now Rs. 2,000 cheaper, and it’s applicable on all the 3 colors – Gold, Black and White.

It is Snapdragon 820 powered – 64 bit powerful hardware. Touch screen is 5.1 inches supporting 1080p resolution. There is 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM. Primary camera is 16MP resolution with 4 axis OIS stabilization and front camera is 4MP resolution.
Key features are 4G, 3G, 2G, Finger Print sensor, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth and IR. Xiaomi Mi 5 houses a 3000 mAh non-removable battery.
