Mahesh, The Toshiba Satellite C660-I5010 looks good any Tohiba laptop will do, since you have a budget under Rs. 30K, visit any shop and see if you can get a better deal. Here are some of the things to look for.
1. Get a 2nd gen processor. You can easily get i3 or even i5 within the 30K limit.
2. Some laptop comes with DOS OS. This means you will need to buy the Windows OS separately (so consider that too laptop + OS = Rs.).
3. Memory: the higher the better but most will come with at least 2 GB, 3G or 4 GB.
4. HDD will depend on the model number, I don't think you need to worry about that, there is plenty of space.
5. Other features : DVD drive, USB port etc. (as per your need).

Rishi, its a good laptop with 2nd gen processor (i5) all features are excellent, battery backup is about 3 hours. Now this one is without any OS, so you will need to buy windows OS if you prefer that or can use the free linux.

2. Toshiba Satellite C640-I4016 with Intel HD Graphics price Rs. 24,500 but this too is with 2 GB RAM and there is no OS, you will need to buy the OS so total price will go to about 24,500 + 15,000 to 20,000 extra for licensed OS and 2 GB extra memory.

The Toshiba Satellite C665 model (C665-I5011) is 2nd gen i3 processor, 2 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD. But this one comes with no OS, you will need to spend extra on OS.

It would be better to buy from a mall than online. The reason being you can bargain, just try it, in some cases they give you free stuffs. If you know any local computer shop in your area ( not a big store) you can get even better deal there. just make sure you ask for the bill and product should be company sealed.
