Lenovo has announced the A1000, S6000 and A3000 android powered tablet at the ongoing MWC (Mobile World Congress). The A1000 and the A3000 will sport a 7 inch screen whereas the S6000 will come with a 10.1 inch display.
Lenovo A1000
The A1000 will come in White and Black colours with a 7 inch screen running Jelly Bean OS. Just like the HP tablet that comes with Beats Audio feature the A1000 and other two tablets will come with Dolby Digital Audio enhancement. This tablet will be powered by a dual core processor clocked at 1.2GHz. Other features included are Wi-Fi, micro USB and 3.5mm audio jack. The RAM I believe will be 1GB with 16GB internal storage.
Lenovo A3000
The A3000 will be powered by a Mediatek quad core processor clocked at 1.2GHz running Jelly Bean with 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. The 7 inch screen will sport a resolution of 1024×600 pixels. The tablet is 11mm thick with weight of less than 345 grams. This tablet will come in two variants Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi+3G.
Lenovo S6000
This tablet will cost more than the above listed tablets. The S6000 is powered by MTK Quad Core processor clocked at 1.2GHz with 8.6 mm thickness and weigh of around 560 grams. The reason why the weight is more cause the tablet is with a bigger IPS screen of 10.1 inches with resolution of 1280×800 pixels. This tablet too will come in Wi-Fi only and Wi-Fi + 3G version. I think this tab will come with 2GB RAM.
The pricing details are not known yet and the tablets are expected to hit the markets in 2nd quarter of 2013.

Hehe who said powervr is of mediatek. It is manufactured by imagination technologies and also apple uses it in iPhone.

1.Mediatek powervr sgx 531 is more powerfull than qualcomm snapdragon adreno 200 and 203 than why mediatek is so cheap. ? (compare mmx a87 with qualcomm rs.5800/- and mmx a89 with mediatek rs.6000/-)
Powervr sgx531 is more powerful than adreno 200..and thus it was used in apple i3gs..and it is used by most low end device makers..to handle simple tasks.not heavy gaming…and media tek processors are cheap coz of low price manufacturing process..of processors..but not the gpu.
