Huawei today also launched the Honor 8 Smart handset, that uses the Kirin 650 octa core chipset, the company also launched the Honor 8 handset. The 8 smart comes with 2GB RAM and it’s price in India is Rs. 19,999.
Honor 8 Smart features and specifications
This handset is using different hardware when compared with the Honor 8 handset, the HiSilicon Kirin 650 clocked at 2GHz. EMUI 4.1 with Android 6.0 run out of the box with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM. There is 128GB external micro SD card support.
Honor 8 Smart sports a 5.2 inch screen supporting 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. When it comes to the camera there is a single 13MP BSI AF camera on the back with LED flash support and 8MP camera on the front. Front camera is fixed focus.
Other features are 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, WiFi and Bluetooth. Handset weight is 147 grams and thickness is 7.5mm. A 3000 mAh battery powers up this handset. VoLTE will be added via software update.
